Results for the 59th Primetime Emmy Awards

As in a previous post I listed my picks on who the winners of the Emmy's would be. Out of 15 categories I only got 2 correct. A few surprises as far as I'm concerned.

Probably the best part of show was that there was no embarassing performance by Britney Spears, unlike her recent performance at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards.

Anyways, the winners are as followed, the ones that I guessed correctly are bolded:

Outstanding Comedy Series: 30 Rock
Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series: James Spader, Boston Legal
Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series: Sally Field, Brothers & Sisters
Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series: Ricky Gervais, Extras
Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series: America Ferrera, Ugly Betty
Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series: Terry O'Quinn, Lost
Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series: Katherine Heigl, Grey's Anatomy
Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series: Jeremy Piven, Entourage
Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series: Jaime Pressly, My Name Is Early
Outstanding Reality-Competition Program: The Amazing Race
